SCOPE OF WORKS 

Complete internal and external revamp including the addition of two new levels built underneath the existing home.

 

NEW LOOK 

Original features were retained including character breezeways and VJ walls, with the layout enhanced and floor area extended over new levels to encompass five bedrooms, an enlarged industrial style kitchen, two bathrooms, two studies, two living spaces, two decks, a new laundry and bespoke ground floor wine cellar.
